Kates Bridal Room was set up in February 2016 to help make the experience of buying your wedding dress an amazing experience regardless of shape or size! We all too often hear soul destroying stories from our brides to be of shops that don’t have a sample to try on over a size 16 or have had a gown held up to them to get an idea of what it will look like. Who shops like that? Not on my watch! Our Curves@ Kates Bridal Room collection offers dresses to order available to try on in sizes 14-36. This is a plus size specialist bridal shop. Curves@ Kates Bridal Room supplies dresses exclusively made for sizes 14-36 along with carefully selected dresses for size 14+ brides to be. These gowns have been hand chosen by Kate and her mum because of their excellent structure, sumptuous fabrics and figure flattering support. My goal is that your dream dress is here waiting to be found with a friendly relaxed environment as standard. We love a good giggle, don’t take life too seriously and believe every bride should have the dress they fall in love with regardless of size. No bride should ever settle just because it fits!
